Over the years, we've seen political candidates and businesses use any number of promotional products to help them get their name out. Pens and Pencils, Emery boards and t-shirts, buttons and lapel stickers, the list goes on and on. Many candidates have no clue where to start when it comes to self promotion. This is where we usually come on the scene.

Most candidates we’ve worked with are dying to know the best product that will accomplish their goals. Products can’t win a campaign, but they can lose a campaign if not done properly. That being said, it is important to think about what your expectations are of a printed handout device.

There are two types of marketing tools at your disposal: name ID devices (such as yard signs, buttons, banners, etc.) and informational devices (brochures, Radio, TV, and Newspaper). Most people would say a standard notepad or sticky-note would fit nicely in the name ID device category.

While we don’t disagree that notepads can be a great choice for a name ID device, what if we had the ability to make them work as a name ID and informational devise? “That would be Outstanding” you exclaim.

Well, you’re in luck. The item known as a flyer sheet note pad does just that. The notepad is a 3 3/8 x 5 ½ standard pad of 25 sheets. When made into a flyer sheet note pad, the front one or two sheets can have helpful information for the constituent on why they need to cast their vote for you. After this top flyer sheet, the remaining sheets are your normal note pad design. You can’t get much easier and more cost effective than that.
