Payment Terms
CampaignPros LLC requires 100% payment upon order placement (unless otherwise stated). Prices are subject to change at anytime due to market fluctuation and the changing prices of raw materials.
Shipping Terms
The shipping costs for all orders are paid for by the customer, unless otherwise specified as a line item on your customer authorization. Shipping times are given to CampaignPros LLC by our carriers. Occasionally, an event may take place that will delay the shipping process. CampaignPros LLC is not responsible for events outside of our control.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled after set-up, but prior to production, will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Orders canceled after production has begun will be subject to a fee of 50% of approved cost.
Artwork
All artwork remains property of CampaignPros LLC until purchased with product.
Late Fee
Past due invoices are subject to late fees of 1.5% per month.
Problems After Delivery
Customers have 72 business hours to contact us with any defect or shortage with their order.
After that time, CampaignPros LLC cannot guarantee replacements.
